Daniel Smith, Certified General Contractor

President

 

Establishing and leading Distinctive Builders since 2006, Danny is the Qualifying Certified General Contractor for company. He has an architectural/construction management educational background along with 15 plus years of design and building experience. He oversees DB's in-House Architectural & Engineering Professionals as well as manages all aspects of Construction. Danny’s prides himself on providing strong communication and problem solving skills, while working hand-in-hand with clients in creating their projects. He is thoroughly involved in every stage of the construction development employing his knowledge and diverse experiences to help ensure the success of Distinctive Builders and our clients.

Dee Le-Smith, Interior Designer

Director of Operations

 

Dee assists in managing and coordinating the company's daily operations as well as the design division. Dee is an Interior Designer by trade with educational backgrounds in the Fine Arts, Graphic Design, and Architectural Interior Design. As our primary in house designer she coordinates the efforts between all of our design professional partners while providing updates and presentations to our clients giving them clear insight into the process as it develops. She also provides technical drawings and specifications to our field staff ensuring the design concept approved by the client is transferred successfully into the project. She maintains updates once the project has commenced and helps clarify the construction processes to the client as the project is underway.

Bailey Truett

Administrative Coordinator

 

As our Administrative Coordinator, Bailey maintains all of our daily operations. With her educational background in Business Organization and Leadership, Bailey helps ensure that all of our proposals, budgets, contracts, insurance certificates licenses, municipality requirements, sub-contracting record keeping, invoicing, to name a few, are maintained and properly handled ensuring DB’s business success. Bailey also creates, updates, and maintains daily/weekly project reports once any contract is awarded both for internal use and communication to the clients. This helps DB provide our clients a clear picture of what has been accomplished, what is planned to be accomplished as well as their anticipated time lines.
